Villa Care dedicated home care teams are experienced in meeting the needs of those with complex physical and metal conditions and end-of-life care. Our team of certified carers and nurses are available 24 hours a day to serve the greater Leeds area.
Following an assessment by our home care management team an appropriate care plan is created with agreed outcomes identified, working closely with the client, their loved ones and their medical professionals.
Social and Emotional Care:
Understanding emotional needs with good communication, aiding as independent a life as possible and encouraging the individual to maximize and promote social inclusion.
Personal Care:
Assistance in/out of bed, personal hygiene, bathroom and safety of moving and handling.
Practical Support:
Domestic duties including washing, purchase of ordinary household goods and changing of bed linens. Pet care is available if assessed initially in the care plan.
Healthcare Support:
Broader Healthcare Support including medication prompts and administration of oral medications, monitoring of skin conditions, use of pressure relieving equipment and PEG assistance.
Night Support:
Care and support to help you through the night.
Respite / Live In Care:
Providing a 24 hour live in service.
Villa Care also provides in-home services for more specialized needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Monitoring temperature, pulse, blood pressure and symptoms which may need medical intervention.
Palliative Care and pain management.
Administration of oral or other prescribed medications, working closely with the clients healthcare preofessional.
PEG management.
Bowel and bladder care.
Prosthetic care.
